Get Your Pink Back was never just an event - it was personal.
This was the first time we honoured Mother’s Day since losing my mom, Veronica, in 2017. For years, this day was heavy. But when Nohra from @kicksforkidsca said, “Let’s do something for Mother’s Day and let’s honour your mom,” it sparked something in me.
Together, we created a day filled with love, healing, and joy - just the way my mom lived. From the paint session to the spontaneous dance floor (and yes, even musical chairs), the energy in the room was pure magic.
“Get Your Pink Back” was a call to reclaim the parts of ourselves life can dim - our softness, boldness, and joy.
With your support, we’re giving $1,100 to both Women’s Habitat of Etobicoke and Juliette’s Place.
A tribute. A love letter. A reminder of what’s possible when we come together with heart.
